Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
